Description
Questar III BOCES is soliciting sealed bids under a multiple-contract system for alterations to Donald R. Kline Technical School. Separate contracts are available for general construction, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work, with all work to be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications. Bids must include the required bid security and comply with the Information for Bidders, applicable employment conditions, and minimum wage requirements. Out-of-state bidders must provide the required New York authority-to-do-business documentation or the applicable statement, along with the non-collusion certificate and, for corporations, a signed corporate resolution. Printed or digital bid documents must be obtained through the architect's bidding process; printed sets require a deposit and may be subject to handling and postage charges.
