Description
Madison County Board of Supervisors is soliciting sealed term bids for construction services and commodities for the period October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. Construction services include hauling and laying multiple asphalt types, cold milling, and road-base repair at depths up to 11 inches and from 11 to 24 inches. Commodity categories include asphalt products, limestone and road gravel aggregates, HDPE plastic pipes and bands in multiple diameters, and aluminized corrugated metal pipes and bands in specified gauges, corrugations, and diameters. There is no guaranteed minimum quantity. Bidders must use county-furnished bid forms and sign, initial, and date all bid forms. Electronic bids must be submitted as a PDF and include a signed county bid sheet.
