Description
The Township of Hamilton is soliciting qualifications and proposals from firms or individuals to provide tax assessor field personnel and data collection services for tax year 2027. The selected contractor will perform the duties described in the scope of work and provide personnel with the required qualifications, experience, and technical competence. The proposal must include a qualification statement, information about key personnel and their credentials, servicing-office locations, compensation and fee schedules, professional certifications, relevant experience, and references. At least three similar-project references are required, including at least two municipalities, with contact information. Required submission materials include the proposal sheet, proposal response, ownership disclosure, addenda acknowledgment, insurance acknowledgment with general-liability certificate, non-collusion affidavit, New Jersey Business Registration Certificate, affirmative-action compliance notice, Iran disclosure, Russia-Belarus certification, references, and W-9. The contract term is January 1 through December 31, 2027.
