Description
The Purchasing Cooperative of America is soliciting proposals from one or more vendors to provide water meter systems and related products and services for current and future public-sector members. The scope includes mechanical, automated meter reading (AMR), and advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) systems; residential and commercial water meters; remote-disconnect-capable meters, meter boxes and lids; meter reading devices; and related components, parts, conversion kits, and removal tags. Vendors may propose design, implementation, installation, maintenance, repair, training, technical assistance, delivery, and related services. The solicitation is an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity cooperative contract rather than a procurement for a specific project, and vendors may respond for products only, individual services, or multiple categories. The solicitation evaluates products and services, qualifications and experience, performance capability, references, pricing, and value-added offerings. Vendors must submit scope-and-specifications and pricing responses along with the required forms and supporting materials.
