Description
The Town of Palm Beach is seeking qualified vendors to provide labor and materials to install seven 8-to-10-foot specimen Lignum-Vitae trees (Guaiacum sanctum) at the Bicentennial Eagle Median on Royal Poinciana Way. The project documentation also identifies approximately 10,675 square feet of Empire Zoysia sod, including approximately 10,158 square feet in Area 1 and 517 square feet in Area 2. The solicitation requires a lump-sum price and online submission through the Town's eProcurement platform. Required submission items include a W-9, Contact Information Form, Business Tax Receipt, Protest Procedures acknowledgment, E-Verify form, Scrutinized Companies Form, Subcontractors Form, and Minimum Qualifications Form. The minimum qualifications require at least three comparable project references and a minimum of three years of municipal or commercial contract/project experience, with data sheets and photographs.
