The Town of Leesburg is accepting bids for cleaning, sediment removal, disinfection, internal and external inspection, and evaluation reports for five distribution-system water storage tanks: CARR Tank 1, CARR Tank 2, Hospital Tank, Sycolin Tank, and Hogback Tank. Cleaning, inspection, and disinfection services are requested on a triennial basis, with additional cleaning and disinfection available as needed for routine tank draining and refilling events. The solicitation is organized into five tank lots, with each lot requiring pricing for mobilization, cleaning, sediment removal and disinfection; internal and external inspection; and a tank evaluation report.
