The Department of the Navy's technology transfer program management office is seeking dedicated professional support services covering technology transfer policy, professional development and workforce training, strategic communications and outreach, event coordination, and compliance with intellectual property agreements. The contractor will support modernization of technology transfer policies, expansion of outreach, and rigorous agreement compliance.
