Description
The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support is conducting market research on sources capable of providing automatic atropine injections containing 2 mg atropine sulfate per 0.7 mL. The requested product is an FDA-approved, sterile, pressure-activated auto-injector for rapid intramuscular administration, with product, packaging, labeling, testing, and quality requirements specified in the attached Medical Procurement Item Description. Respondents who manufacture or distribute the product are asked to complete the market research survey; manufacturers must provide FDA registration documentation, while authorized distributors must provide a manufacturer commitment letter. The agency is considering a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract with a one-year base term and four one-year options. Estimated annual quantities are 135,000 units, with a 90,000-unit guaranteed minimum and a 360,000-unit maximum for each term. This is a sources-sought market research notice, not a request for quotation or a commitment to award a contract.
