Description
This Sources Sought/RFI is for market research, not a solicitation or request for offers. The VA is seeking information from potential sources capable of manufacturing and supplying sterile, aseptic, USP 825-compliant, low-enriched-uranium radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic and treatment use. The listed products include multiple iodine-, indium-, technetium-, thallium-, gallium-, and other radiopharmaceuticals, along with related kits and supplies; brand-name-or-equal products may be proposed, subject to the stated salient characteristics. The anticipated requirement includes storage, preparation, labeling, and delivery of research radiopharmaceuticals, routine next-business-day delivery, and 24/7/365 emergency delivery within one hour. Dose labels must be compatible with the Nuclear Medicine Information System. Respondents are asked for a capabilities statement, feedback on the requirements, business-size and product-sourcing information, responses to market-research questions, and general pricing if available. The notice describes a base year and four option years, January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2031. It also states that vendors must be the OEM or an authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller, supported by a signed OEM authorization letter unless the vendor is the OEM.
