Description
The U.S. Navy is procuring replacement household furniture for the Commander, Navy Region Hawaii Family Housing Loaner Furniture Program at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam and Pacific Missile Range Facility. The updated furniture list includes dining tables and chairs, nightstands, chests of drawers, sofas, lounge chairs, end tables, coffee tables, twin and queen bed frames, twin and queen mattresses, waterproof bed-bug-resistant mattress covers, and table lamps. Proposed items must meet the stated dimensions, finishes, durability, cleanability, and material requirements. The contractor must provide the furniture, freight, delivery, full assembly or installation as applicable, and immediate removal and disposal of packing materials and debris. Quotes must include an itemized price, a complete item-by-item technical capability package identifying the exact brand, model or part number, country of origin, technical specifications, and original photographs for each proposed item; a delivery and logistics narrative; commercial warranty terms and a warranty claims-handling narrative; past-performance references with contract or order numbers, values, performance dates, and results; and quoter identification and CAGE code. The exact proposed products and finishes must be delivered, with substitutions prohibited absent prior written approval. Award will be a single firm-fixed-price purchase order based on best value, considering price, technical acceptability, delivery and warranty capability, and past performance.
