Tulsa International Airport is soliciting proposals from artists, museums, groups, and individuals for a photography display in the pre-security walkway tunnels leading to the airport parking garage. The exhibit will use 20 frames across two walkways, and proposed prints must be landscape-oriented, fit the available frames, and reflect Tulsa or have a Tulsa connection. Proposals will be evaluated on display quality, connection to Tulsa, and creativity. The selected applicant must fund the display, including insurance for damaged items. Tulsa Airports Improvement Trust will provide one $1,000 stipend to the selected artist or group, usable for materials, artist fees, or at the recipient’s discretion. The exhibit has a one-year term beginning February 9, 2026, and ending February 9, 2027; all items must be removed by February 7, 2027. Submissions must include applicant contact information, a display title and dimensions, a brief artwork description explaining its suitability, and photos or renderings.
