Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) in Beaumont, Texas, is soliciting quotes for dry goods. The solicitation package includes necessary information for submitting a request for quote for evaluation. Potential quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and include their Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number in their quotes. Standard Form 1449, Page 1, and National Menu Specifications Quote Sheets for bid items are the only required submission documents. All bid pricing, item descriptions, and case counts should be placed on the quote sheets, not on the Standard Form 1449. All communications regarding this RFQ must be in writing to the Contracting Officer. Quotations are due by 12:00 p.m. CST on June 24, 2026. Emailed quotations are accepted and should be sent to dtydlacka@bop.gov and cvalderas@bop.gov. Delivery of awarded items can begin as early as July 6, 2026.
