Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Beaumont, is soliciting quotes for fresh, kosher whole milk. The requirement is for individual 8 fluid ounce servings, meeting specific national menu specifications including CID-A-20338A and certified kosher by a nationally accepted Orthodox Kashrut Organization. Each individual package must be marked with the kosher certification hechsher. Weekly deliveries are required for the period of April 6, 2026, through June 30, 2026. A valid kosher certification must be submitted with the quote. The solicitation is for the 4th quarter of Fiscal Year 2026.
