Description
Eckerd Youth Alternatives, Inc. is soliciting proposals for dedicated internet service of at least 500 Mbps, including the physical connection to the facility, single-mode fiber handoff, necessary provider-supplied premise equipment, monitoring, maintenance, and connectivity to the owner's existing local area network. Proposals must address both symmetrical and asymmetrical service options, pricing with and without a managed router, static IP addresses, existing connection retention or porting, installation and one-time connection costs, growth bandwidth up to 1 Gbps, and separate E-Rate-eligible and ineligible costs. The selected provider must support 24/7/365 internet availability, multiple Tier 1 internet connections, required network protocols, secure traffic isolation, and applicable E-Rate compliance obligations. Responses must include an itemized price sheet, signed and dated multi-year service agreement, respondent information, executed general acknowledgment, at least three qualifying references, qualifications documentation, and an implementation plan if applicable. The contract is requested for July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2030, with two optional one-year extensions.
