Description
The Town of Mooresville is seeking a turnkey vending service provider for snack and beverage machines at multiple Town facilities. The selected vendor must provide, install, own, operate, stock, maintain, and service commercial-grade equipment, including beverage, snack, combination, refrigerated, or digital-display machines as appropriate for each location. The scope includes cash, credit/debit, contactless, and mobile-wallet payment capabilities; product replenishment; pricing and product-offering management; preventative and corrective maintenance; payment-system support; customer refunds and dispute handling; ADA-compliant equipment; installation coordination; and prompt service response. Proposals must address company qualifications, similar references, equipment and configuration, installation, products, pricing, payment technology, maintenance, customer service, accessibility, legal compliance, implementation, conflicts of interest, subcontractors, and the completed Service Commitments & Response Schedule. The anticipated initial contract term is three years, with possible renewals based on performance, continued need, funding, and mutual agreement.
