Hydronic Baseboard Heating Replacement and Extension

Description
Provide all labor and materials to extend existing hot-water baseboard heating in the entryway and three bedrooms, and install matching baseboard covers and end caps in the entryway, bedrooms, bathroom, and closet. The specified baseboard is Haydon 750 Series Hydronic Baseboard or an approved equal. Extend and reconnect copper piping as needed, reconnect supply and return lines to the existing boiler piping, purge air from the heating lines, and verify circulation and operation of the boiler and affected heating zone. Adjust temperature and flow as needed. The work includes daily cleanup and debris removal, protection of adjacent finishes, and compliance with applicable codes and manufacturer installation requirements. The scope states that the work is to be completed within 30 days of award and that prevailing wages apply.
