Description
The City of Tallahassee is soliciting bids for one double-wall vertical storage tank with a 6,000- to 7,000-gallon capacity suitable for 98% sulfuric acid service. The tank must include a bolted and gasketed manway, specified Hastelloy, Viton, PVC, and polyethylene fittings and vents, an access ladder, an interstitial leak detection system, and a tank level indication system with continuous level measurement. All materials, fittings, seals, and components must be suitable for 98% sulfuric acid service. The bidder must provide tank dimensions, fitting locations, and product data with the bid, along with the required price schedule, representations and certifications, affidavits, responsible vendor review, conflict-of-interest form, drug-free workplace certification, and any applicable signed addenda. Delivery is FOB Hopkins Generating Station.
