Description
Fargo Public Schools is seeking a long-term independent promoter to partner in presenting professional concerts, events, and live entertainment at Bluestem Amphitheater in Moorhead, Minnesota. The promoter will be responsible for artist booking and settlement, production, staffing, security, crowd and emergency management, ticketing, concessions and alcohol service, marketing, event cleanup, licensing, and other resources needed to operate events safely and professionally. The proposal must address company qualifications and financial stability, relevant venue and concert experience, an operating and safety plan, marketing and promotion, sponsorship development, financial terms, reporting, insurance and legal compliance, and additional value such as educational partnerships or community engagement. The minimum financial expectations are eight events per operating season, $15,000 facility rental per event, and a $120,000 guaranteed annual payment to the District. The anticipated agreement is an initial five-year term with up to two additional five-year renewal periods by mutual written agreement, satisfactory performance, and Board approval.
