Description
Weber State University is soliciting proposals for a campus-wide curriculum and catalog management system for faculty and staff. The solution must support curriculum proposal creation, submission, editing, review, approval, role-based access, configurable multi-step workflows, notifications, audit histories, reporting, and integration between curriculum management and an online public academic catalog without duplicate data entry. The catalog must support content management, publication, search, navigation, mobile usability, branding, printable or PDF catalogs, archived catalogs, and display of program and course relationships. The supplier must describe functionality, implementation, training, customer support, service levels, warranty, security and data privacy practices, accessibility, integrations, qualifications, and comparable higher-education experience. Proposals must include at least five customer references, including at least three higher-education references, and detailed financial and cost information. The technical proposal and separate cost proposal must be submitted through the university sourcing portal. Required supporting materials include security and privacy policies or attestations, a completed VPAT, a completed HECVAT or equivalent security attestation, financial-stability documentation, a completed cost proposal form, and a claim of business confidentiality and redacted proposal when applicable.
