Description
The Ouachita Parish Police Jury is soliciting sealed bids for the West Ouachita Industrial Park Water Distribution System Replacement project, identified as L&A, Inc. Project No. 23E044.00. The estimated probable construction cost is $1,320,000. Bids must include a cashier’s check, certified check, or acceptable bid bond equal to at least 5% of the total bid amount, along with a corporate resolution or written evidence authorizing the person signing the bid. The successful bidder must provide a full-amount performance bond and a labor and material payment bond. The Non-Collusion Declaration, Attestation Clause, and E-Verify Affidavit are required from the successful bidder within 10 days after bid opening, although they may be submitted with the bid.
