Description
The U.S. Navy is seeking multiple vendors for a five-year blanket purchase agreement to refurbish SSN 688-class weapon shipping harnesses. Work includes pickup, complete disassembly, inspection, correction of deficiencies, replacement of specified components, removal and application of paint and cork/rubber materials, reassembly, non-destructive testing when required, static weight testing, labeling, certification, and return delivery. The contractor must provide firm-fixed pricing for each year from 2027 through 2031, maintain an acceptable property management system, and support recurring competed calls with a maximum call value of $100,000. Evaluation will consider technical capability and schedule, past performance, and price. At least three references for active or completed similar contracts performed within the last three years are required.
