Description
The City of Moab is requesting Statements of Qualifications from professional engineering firms licensed in Utah to provide on-call planning, design, construction, and implementation services for transportation, culinary water, wastewater, stormwater, and related municipal infrastructure improvements. Potential services include engineering studies and modeling; roadway, utility, water, wastewater, stormwater, treatment, drainage, and structural design; construction documents and administration; surveying; GIS and mapping; master planning; impact fee and rate studies; asset management; grant assistance; construction inspection; public engagement; permitting; floodplain analysis; and cost estimating. The City intends to select up to four consultants for agreements anticipated to run five years from execution. For individual projects, selected consultants must provide a specific proposal, scope of services, and cost estimate. Statements of Qualifications are limited to 14 pages, excluding evidence of professional liability insurance, and must include a cover letter, firm overview, key personnel and resumes, organizational chart, approach, past performance and references, fee schedule, and evidence of professional liability insurance. Proposers must provide at least three similar projects completed within the last five years, with reference contacts.
