Description
The 914th Air Refueling Wing requires the purchase and delivery of one brand-name Kenwood JF12 radio for its Mass Notification System. The radio must be installed at the alternate command post, Building 421, and an existing mass notification server must be relocated from its temporary location in the command post to the alternate command post. The complete system must then be tested by Federal Signal, identified as the organization with the necessary system knowledge. The requirement is a firm-fixed-price commercial acquisition. The proposed equipment must meet or exceed the Statement of Need specifications, and the contractor must provide at least a one-year manufacturer's warranty covering parts and labor. Quotes must include technical specifications for all proposed equipment and a delivery schedule; award will be made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror.
