Description
The City seeks a single design-build contractor to assess existing conditions and provide professional design, engineering, permitting, fabrication, construction, and installation for a permanent covered shelter and improvements to an existing outdoor patio. The scope includes a structural roof system, privacy screening or walls, exterior lighting, and associated structural, electrical, mechanical, drainage, concrete, flashing, weatherproofing, and site work needed for a complete installation. The contractor is responsible for coordinating the required disciplines, subcontractors, permits, and approvals. The stated project budget is approximately $40,000.
