Description
The district is seeking managed internal broadband services for its existing, district-owned LAN/WLAN equipment. The pricing worksheet requests one-year and three-year service pricing for specified Ruckus network switches and wireless access points, as well as Apex UPS equipment, with quantities listed for each item. Equivalent equipment is acceptable, although the request is for management of existing district-owned equipment. Bidders must provide detailed pricing and descriptions, identify each proposed item’s E-rate eligibility, and include necessary cables, software, licenses, shipping, training, taxes, and fees. Installation and configuration support must be priced separately; the district may modify quantities and may choose not to purchase installation. The purchase is subject to board approval and USAC funding. Vendors must agree to provide SPI discounts unless the district indicates a preference for BEAR reimbursement, and must follow SLD Lowest Comparable Price guidelines.
