Description
Sussex County is soliciting an as-needed, unit-price contract for access control equipment, systems, components, software, credentials, cabling, and related materials. The scope includes new installations, replacements, upgrades, expansions, programming, database configuration, system migration, commissioning, training, and material-only purchases. The contractor must also provide preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, emergency repairs, software and firmware updates, remote and on-site support, and annual testing. Emergency service must be available 24 hours per day, seven days per week, with acknowledgment within 30 minutes and on-site response within two hours when required. Equipment must be compatible with the County's existing access control infrastructure. The contract is for a 12-month period with one additional one-year renewal option, and the successful respondent must provide required New Jersey registrations, insurance, prevailing-wage compliance, and manufacturer authorization or certification for the existing Genetec system before award.
