The City of Cynthiana, Kentucky is requesting proposals from qualified individuals, developers, or organizations for the purchase, renovation, and redevelopment of the property located at 139 East Pike Street. The property is a vacant, approximately 4,300 square foot commercial building on a 0.03-acre lot in the historic downtown area. The City prefers a development configuration with a walk-in retail or commercial space on the ground floor and finished residential unit(s) on the second floor. Proposals should include applicant information, a project narrative, conceptual design, financial plan, development schedule, and operations and management plan. The City will evaluate proposals based on alignment with preferred use and City goals, feasibility, developer experience, design quality, community impact, and timeliness.
