The City of Newport News, through the Economic Development Authority of the City of Newport News, is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, and equipment for construction of a new seafood market at the north end of the Seafood Industrial Park. The project supports the Marshall-Ridley Choice Neighborhood Initiative in Newport News' Southeast Community and requires a functional, code-compliant facility aligned with local redevelopment goals.
