Description
The City of Neosho is soliciting bids to furnish and install two cantilever gates, each with a 25-foot clear opening, at its recycling center. The gates must be constructed from Schedule 40 steel pipe, use 2-inch, 9-gauge galvanized chain-link fabric matching the existing fence, and include specified top, bottom, and center rails, angled bracing, continuous professional welds, and heavy-duty components. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, concrete, hardware, nylon cantilever rollers, posts, brackets, guides, latch mechanisms, and incidentals required for a complete installation. The contractor must field-verify dimensions, locate utilities before excavation, include a project start date and turnaround time, and clean and restore the site after completion. The bid package also requires the furnished bid form, an affidavit of compliance, a W-9, proof of workers' compensation coverage, and an E-Verify memorandum of understanding. Payment and performance bonds may be required based on the stated project-cost thresholds.
