Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to pursue a non-competitive operational lease for flexible endoscopy and bronchoscopy equipment and associated accessories supporting clinical operations at the Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks VA Medical Center. The contemplated equipment includes video system components, UHD medical monitors, flexible endoscopes, colonoscopes, diagnostic and therapeutic bronchoscopes, ultrasound bronchoscopy equipment, processors, workstations, monitor stands, cables, hoses, and related accessories. The contractor would provide new equipment under a three-year lease period, remove and replace the existing leased equipment, deliver and install/configure the replacement system, perform testing and commissioning, provide initial user orientation and training materials, and furnish applicable manuals, reprocessing instructions, inventory records, installation records, warranty/service information, maintenance, repair, replacement, and technical support. The notice is a special notice and explicitly states that it is not a solicitation, request for quotation, or request for proposal; responses are requested solely to support acquisition planning and the Government's procurement-strategy determination.
