The Greater Miami Expressway Agency (GMX) is soliciting qualifications from firms to provide environmental site assessment services for Kendall Parkway Segments 1 and 2. The scope includes conducting environmental site assessments, likely Phase I and Phase II assessments, to support the development of the parkway. The procurement is being conducted under RFQ-25-06, with a work program number of 83618-001.013. The evaluation will consider firm qualifications and experience, approach to the project, experience of key personnel, current workload, and quality assurance/quality control. However, the procurement process has been cancelled, and no award will be made.
