LEGAL NOTICE The Broome County Land Bank Corporation (“BCLBC”) is seeking “REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS” from all interested and qualified independent auditing firms to provide services to the BCLBC for a period as noted below for the following: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS INDEPENDENT AUDITING SERVICES (3 YEAR TERM) PROFESSIONAL SERVICE CONTRACTS FOR BROOME COUNTY LAND BANK CORPORATION DEADLINE for submittal is Thursday, September 10th, 2026 at 4:00 P.M. Specifications and proposal forms are available online through BidNet Direct, formerly Empire State Purchasing Group, (https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york), New York State Contract Reporter (https://www.nyscr.ny.gov/), or please contact Robert O’Donnell, Executive Director at LandBank@BroomeCountyNY.Gov. The BCLBC reserves the right to reject any and all responses received. The BCLBC is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
