The Town of Thompson's Station is soliciting a contractor for the make-ready construction required to support two ChargePoint Express 280 DC fast-charging dispensers, with electrical infrastructure sized to allow two additional future dispensers. The scope includes permitting, Tennessee One-Call notifications, excavation, traffic and site protection, coordination with Middle Tennessee Electric, underground conduit and wiring, electrical equipment and panel connections, concrete foundations, rebar, anchor bolts, curbing, pavement restoration, bollards, signage, striping coordination, landscaping restoration, and removal of construction debris. The charging hardware installation, commissioning, and activation are excluded. The contractor must provide a proposed project schedule with start and completion dates, comply with applicable codes and technical specifications, complete ChargePoint construction signoff documentation, protect exposed conduit and wiring until the charger installer arrives, provide lockout/tagout devices, and coordinate final permitting inspections and site remediation. The project location is identified in the attached scope as 1513 Thompson's Station Rd W, Thompson's Station, Tennessee 37179.
