Description
The Federal Emergency Management Agency is seeking information from contractors capable of providing on-site maintenance and testing for a geographically dispersed generator fleet at four Continental United States locations. The anticipated scope includes preventive and corrective maintenance, emergency services, load testing, diagnostic work, specialized tooling and instruments, vehicles, materials, consumables, transportation, technician labor, and related generator support. The attached inventory identifies generators and external fuel tanks ranging from small units to generators exceeding 1 megawatt, including equipment from manufacturers such as Caterpillar, Cummins, MQ Power, SDMO, and others. Respondents are asked to describe their CONUS service coverage, staffing and subcontracting model, relevant experience, technician qualifications and certifications, specialized equipment, maintenance practices, parts and supply-chain capabilities, scalability, and recommended contract and pricing structure. This is an information-gathering request, not a solicitation for binding offers.
