Description
Auburn University's Department of Bioengineering is soliciting one 18-foot enclosed aluminum car/drag trailer configured as a mobile drone operations facility. The trailer must include a full-width rear ramp, side access door, tandem axles, electric brakes, aluminum flooring, insulation, cabinets, a 10-foot deployable stage with railings and supports, an additional platform and ladder, three electric awnings, lighting, air conditioning, a winch, a ceiling-mounted folding TV mount with a 60-inch TV, and specified interior and exterior electrical receptacles. The mandatory electrical package must accept external three-phase generator power at 175-520 VAC and support simultaneous full-power operation of two DJI C12000 chargers for DJI T50 drones, with dedicated three-phase receptacles, distribution equipment, protected wiring, and code-compliant installation. The bidder must provide line-item confirmation of compliance, manufacturer and model information, material gauges and dimensions, photographs or drawings of the proposed stage/platform/railings/awnings, and a complete three-phase electrical wiring diagram stamped and signed by a licensed professional engineer. A completed and notarized disclosure statement is required with the response, along with the required sourcing-event responses and any applicable Alabama E-Verify documentation or statement.
