Description
The Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, through its State Parks Division, is soliciting sealed bids for Phase I street improvements at Chewacla State Park. The scope includes clearing and grubbing, widening, full-depth reclamation, resurfacing, and traffic striping for Murphy Drive and a parking lot. The project must be completed within 120 calendar days. Bidders must submit the engineer-furnished proposal form or a copy, provide applicable Alabama general-contractor licensing evidence, and include either a cashier's check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the bid amount, capped at $10,000. Bids may be mailed, delivered in person, or submitted through Procore.
