Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting firm-fixed-price quotations for 208 coils of fibrous Manila rope, NSN 4020-01-204-7039. The requirement is divided into 64 coils for delivery to the DLA Distribution DDSP New Cumberland Facility in Pennsylvania and 144 coils for delivery to DLA Distribution Depot Hill in Utah. Each coil is 100 feet. The rope must meet the cited technical data and quality requirements, including a 36-month non-extendable shelf-life requirement. Delivery is required 90 days after date of award. Packaging must comply with MIL-STD-2073-1E, marking with MIL-STD-129, and applicable DLA packaging requirements. Inspection and acceptance are at destination, with FOB origin and government-arranged transportation under the First Destination Transportation program. Quotations must be submitted through DIBBS by the stated deadline.
