Description
The Office of Hawaiian Affairs is requesting proposals from a currently certified Monday.com Partner to provide as-needed consulting, implementation, optimization, technical support, training, and knowledge-transfer services for its existing Monday.com Enterprise environment. The work includes assessing and improving boards, workspaces, dashboards, automations, formulas, permissions, templates, reporting, workflows, and governance; configuring native Monday.com functionality; troubleshooting; and developing user, administrator, configuration, and knowledge-transfer documentation. The environment includes approximately 12 users, 65 boards, and 8 workspaces. External system integrations are outside the anticipated base scope. The initial engagement is estimated at approximately 60 professional-service hours over a 10-month term, with extensions of up to 12 months and a maximum contract length of 60 months. Services may be performed remotely, and routine on-site work and travel are not anticipated. Subcontracting is prohibited; all work must be performed directly by the awarded Offeror's employees or principals. The proposal must address the Offeror's Monday.com experience, references, work samples, staffing, technical approach, service delivery, financial capacity, and price, and must include the required cover letter, Wage Certificate, Offer Forms OF-1 and OF-2, and Hawaii Bidder/Offeror Preference Certification Form SPO-081 if seeking the preference.
