Description
Cambrian College of Applied Arts & Technology is seeking a provider to supply and support a benefit plan for domestic and international students. The proposed plan must be equivalent to the current coverage and address provincial plan alternatives, extended health and dental benefits, dependent coverage, enrolment and opt-out administration, claims processing, urgent and international care, privacy, fraud prevention, and customer support. The scope also includes staff and student training, onboarding and educational resources, marketing and promotional support, transition planning for service activation on September 1, 2027, and detailed enrolment, claims, and utilization reporting. The initial contract term is two years, with potential mutually agreed extensions of one to three years. Proponents must submit business, technical, and financial proposals, including references from three Ontario postsecondary institutions.
