Description
The City of Lachute is soliciting bids for the supply and delivery of a tracked excavator. The estimated contract period is 90 days, and the bid must remain valid for 90 days after the submission deadline. Each submission must include one original and one copy, a bid and performance guarantee equal to 5% of the total bid including taxes, and, when the guarantee is not provided as a certified cheque, money order, or bank draft, a performance-bond commitment letter for 10% of the total bid including taxes. Submissions must be delivered by the stated deadline and will be publicly opened immediately afterward.
