Description
Essex North Supervisory Union is seeking internet access and data transmission services for two locations: 99 School St, Canaan, VT, with bandwidth from 1 Gbps to 5 Gbps, and 5 Park Street, Canaan, VT, with bandwidth from 200 Mbps to 500 Mbps. Installation and initial configuration are indicated for both service requests. Proposals must provide pricing by item and location, cover all bandwidth offerings in the specified ranges, and include both 12-month and 36-month term pricing. Itemize non-recurring, special construction, installation, tax, and regulatory surcharge costs by location. Respondents must identify whether they can provide discounted E-Rate billing (SPI); pricing must comply with Lowest Corresponding Price requirements and be contingent on funding approval. Price is the primary evaluation factor, alongside functional and operational requirements.
