Description
The Department of State seeks preventive maintenance and water-treatment services for the facility’s potable water and wastewater systems. The contractor must provide treatment chemicals, labor, tools, equipment, logistics, testing, and technical analysis; maintain and service system components; conduct annual site visits and laboratory testing; and provide reports, recommendations, and operator familiarization. The scope includes potable-water quality monitoring and wastewater collection and treatment plant maintenance. Repairs and emergency services are priced separately and are not included in the base agreement. The contract is firm-fixed-price, with a one-year base period and four one-year options. Quotes are evaluated comparatively for technical quality, past performance, and price. Required quote materials include the completed solicitation and pricing, performance and capability information, three similar-work customer references, proof of SAM registration, locally required licenses and permits, and a preventive-maintenance plan.
