Description
BC Housing Management Commission is seeking proposals for Site Representative Services at Hartford Court, located at 400 Pioneer Loop in Tumbler Ridge, BC. This role is crucial for representing BC Housing and managing the day-to-day operations of the property, including interior and exterior maintenance. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience and possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage tenant relations. Hartford Court comprises 12 modular one-bedroom units, two mechanical rooms, and a crawl space, with no common areas. Proponents are encouraged to attend a site meeting on June 23, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time, at Hartford Court.
