Description
The Federal Emergency Management Agency is conducting market research to identify contractors capable of providing on-site maintenance and testing for a large, diverse fleet of generators and associated fuel tanks across five operating locations in the Caribbean, Hawaii, and Guam. The anticipated support may include technician labor, key personnel, specialized tooling and diagnostic instruments, vehicles, materials, consumables, transportation, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, load testing, and related generator support services. The response should describe the contractor’s experience with comparable OCONUS generator fleets, geographic coverage, staffing and subcontracting models, dispatch and travel logistics, surge capacity, technician qualifications and certifications, specialized equipment, preventive-maintenance practices, corrosion mitigation, parts and hazardous-material logistics, and recommended contract and pricing structures. Responses are limited to 10 pages, excluding one cover page and the Contractor Capability Statement; the capability statement may not exceed two pages. Responses may be submitted in Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat formats and must address the RFI questions to the extent practical.
