Description
This Request for Information seeks industry input on manufacturing capabilities for the Enhanced Combat Rubber Reconnaissance Craft (E-CRRC). The requested system must be inflatable, transport eight personnel with gear and equipment totaling an estimated 2,400 pounds, operate in Sea State 2 conditions, be powered by an Evinrude 55-horsepower multi-fuel engine, and carry 36 gallons of fuel. Responses should address payload and maximum carrying capacity, travel distance, sea operating conditions, sprint speeds at wide-open throttle, estimated unit pricing with quantity discounts and step-ladder pricing, production rates, manufacturing lead times, material composition, Berry Amendment and Buy American Act compliance, business and registration information, applicable designations, and existing contracts where the solution may be available. This is market research only; no solicitation or offer is being issued, and classified information must not be submitted. Responses are limited to 25 pages, including an executive summary of no more than 10 pages.
