The Town of Central is soliciting bids for restoration work at a community park building. The scope includes removing two layers of flooring over approximately 1,360 square feet down to the concrete floor, installing a concrete coating, sealing a roof leak, and replacing the front door, door jamb, storm door, and lock system.
