Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, is seeking a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) construction contract for levee repair services at MRLS L246. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside competitive acquisition. The scope of work includes providing all necessary equipment, labor, operators, supervision, quality control, supplies, materials, and incidentals for repairs. This may involve earthwork, hauling fill material, developing haul roads, clearing debris, repairing erosion and rutting, levee surfacing, placing stone surfacing and armored protection, and installing/rehabilitating drainage structures. The estimated project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000, with an estimated performance period of approximately 365 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. A bid bond of 20% of the offeror's proposed price or $3,000,000.00, whichever is less, will be required. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required for 100% of the awarded contract value.
