Description
The City of Brookings is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional design, engineering, bidding, and construction-administration services for the Downtown Armory Site Community Redevelopment Project. The selected firm will collaborate with the City to develop a final design and bidding documents and provide construction-administration services. The work will focus on 221 Main Avenue and other adjacent city-owned sites identified by the City and Project Team, with the goal of creating a multifunctional, activated community “third space” in downtown Brookings. Proposals must be submitted as two hard copies plus a flash drive containing a PDF copy.
