Description
This amendment extends the contract term for technical support and website maintenance services through fiscal year 2029. It also incorporates a new deliverable for website hosting services, which will also be operational until the conclusion of fiscal year 2029. The total compensation for the contract has been increased, and the compensation for the technical support and website maintenance deliverable has also been increased. A new deliverable for hosting services has been added with its own compensation. The contract will now have a total compensation not to exceed $372,725.00. The technical support and website maintenance deliverable has a compensation not to exceed $270,225.00, with a fixed cost of $225 per hour, not to exceed 1201 hours. The new hosting deliverable has a total compensation not to exceed $102,500.00, to be paid monthly at a rate not to exceed $2,500.00 per month. The hosting services will begin upon contract execution and continue through June 30, 2029.
