Description
The State of Missouri, through its Office of Administration, Division of Purchasing, is seeking to add vendors to an existing Qualified Vendor's List (QVL) for new motor vehicles. This QVL will serve as a procurement channel for various state agencies throughout Missouri to acquire new motor vehicles, either from dealer lots or through manufacturer fleet programs. The goal is to streamline the procurement process, foster competition, and ensure reasonable delivery times, especially considering market volatility and pricing fluctuations. Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an as-needed basis, and the state reserves the right to issue subsequent solicitations. The contract period is from the date of award through June 30, 2027.
